term operation and care. If the rst temperatures are too hot, they
could damage the felt gasket seal before it has had the chance to ma-
ture with use.
If the lid gets stuck or sealed to with the base, use a knife to carefully
unseal and cut o the felt gasket that trims the lid opening. Once that
is removed, you will be able to open the lid.
Before continuing to use the barbecue, replace the high-heat felt gas-
ket, which can be purchased at your local replace store.
TEMPERATURE PROBLEMS
1. The barbecue gets too hot. Close the lid, mostly close both vents,
and allow the barbecue to smother with the lack of oxygen. For low
temperature cooking, use less fuel.
2. The barbecue does not get hot enough. Add more fuel and leave
both vents completely open. A higher oxygen ow will allow the re
to increase, burning more lump charcoal.
WARRANTY
All Mustang products have been carefully manufactured and quali-
ty-tested before leaving the factory. This barbecue and its parts have
a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers
defects in material and workmanship.
Normal wear and tear, rusting or corrosion of parts is not covered by
the warranty. For example, cracking of ceramic surfaces, discolora-
tion of steel surfaces and the occurrence of rust spots are normal dur-
ing use and over time and do not aect the use of the barbecue. Nor
does the warranty cover parts that are subjected to wear and tear or
corrosion during use, such as cast iron and stainless-steel tube burn-
ers, heat distribution plates, cooking grates and griddles, and warm-
ing racks. In the case of self-assembled barbecues, the customer must
always install and replace the parts according to the instructions. Fail-
ure to follow these instructions will invalidate the warranty. Always
read through the user instructions carefully and follow them. Damage
or defects resulting from improper use or neglect of maintenance are
not covered by the warranty.
Nor does the warranty apply if the product is used for commercial
manufacturing, sale or rental purposes.
If a product or part of the product becomes defective during the war-
ranty period, please contact the importer or the Mustang Support
Service via www.mustang-grill.com. Before submitting a warranty
claim, please re-read the user instructions thoroughly to ensure that
you have followed them. All warranty claims will be processed by
the importer. A defective or missing part will be replaced with a new
part. The customer is responsible for installing the defective or miss-
ing part.
The warranty is only valid upon presentation of a copy of the pur-
chase receipt. The purchase receipt must include the name of the sell-
er, the make and model number of the barbecue and the date of pur-
chase. The warranty claim must include the following information: the
make and model number of the barbecue, the reason for complaint,
the part number of the defective part according to the parts list, a
copy of the purchase receipt or statement of place of purchase, date
of purchase, consumers name, telephone number, street address,
postal code and city.

ESMAKORDNE KASUTAMINE – GRILLI SISSETÖÖTAMINE
Teie keraamilise grilli sissetöötamine on grilli pikaajalise kasutamise ja
hoolduse seisukohalt tähtis. Sissetöötamisprotseduuri eiramine võib

Ärge kasutage süütamiseks süütevedelikku, bensiini, alkoholi ega
muid vastavaid kemikaale.
Kui puusüsi on süttinud, töötage grill sisse, sulgedes grill kaanega ja
sulgedes mõlemad siibrid peaaegu lõpuni. Vaadake küpsetustem-
peratuuri juhiseid suitsutamiseks (83–108 ºC). Laske põletusmaterja-
lil põleda, kuni see on täielikult ära põlenud ja tuli kustunud. Selleks
peaks kuluma umbes kaks tundi. Ärge pange grilli liiga palju põletus-
materjali.
Pärast esmakordset kasutamist kontrollige kinnitusi. Metallvöö, mis

kaks.
4. Enne grillil küpsetamise alustamist laske söel kuumeneda ja puna-
selt hõõguda vähemalt 30 minutit. Ärge alustage küpsetamist, enne
kui söele on moodustunud tuhakiht.
5. Soovitatav on hõõguvat sütt mitte torkida ega ümber pöörata. See
võimaldab söel põleda ühtlasemalt ja tõhusamalt.
6. Grilli töötamisel kasutage selle ja küpsetuspindade käsitsemisel
kuumakindlaid kindaid. Lugege käesolev kasutusjuhend hoolikalt
läbi, et tutvuda põhjalike juhistega küpsetustemperatuuride osas.
PÕLEMISTERJALI LISAMINE
Kui keraamilise grilli ülemine ja alumine siiber on suletud, püsib see
kuumana mitu tundi.
Kui vajate pikemat küpsetusaega (nt suure lihatüki küpsetamiseks või
aeglaseks suitsutamiseks), võib olla vajalik söe lisamine. Avage kaas,
lisage sütt ja jätkake küpsetamist vastavalt käesolevas kasutusjuhen-
dis toodud juhistele.
KUSTUTAMINE
Tule kustutamiseks ärge lisage sütt ja sulgege nii kõik siibrid kui grilli
kaas, et lasta tulel kustuda loomulikul teel. Jätke kaas peale ja õhukla-
pid suletud asendisse kuni järgmise päevani, mil võite tulekolde tüh-
jendada.
Keelatud on vee kasutamine söe kustutamiseks, sest see võib keraa-
milist grilli kahjustada.
