1 CARACTERÍSTICAS Y USO
El diseño del polipasto eléctrico con carro Procat es el resultado de largos años de
experiencia con la marca MSW. Este compacto dispositivo ofrece un uso muy fácil
y estable. El polipasto funciona con 230v / 50hz y ha sido concebido para elevar y
bajar cargas. Este aparato ofrece aplicaciones prácticamente ilimitadas en el sector de
mantenimiento, minería, construcción, siderurgia, construcción naval, etc.
2 COMPONENTES PRINCIPALES
1. Motor:
El motor es monofásico, tiene un aislamiento de clase B y está equipado con una
función de parada de emergencia.
2. Este motor permite una parada inmediata del polipasto en caso
de emergencia.
3. Transmisión
La transmisión cuenta con dos velocidades. Los engranajes y la caja de cambios están
fabricados en acero. El motor y la transmisión son los elementos clave del aparato.
La cubierta es de aluminio aleado y está fabricada mediante un proceso de fundición
inyectada. La estructura compacta y robusta garantiza la durabilidad de este polipasto.
4. Tambor y unidad de tracción:
El cable está fabricado en acero de alta calidad y va enrollado en el tambor ubicado
en el soporte exterior.
5. Gancho:
La capacidad de tracción del polipasto aumenta a través del uso de una polea.
6. Mando a distancia:
Dispone de 4 botones. Al accionarlos puede elevar la carga, bajarla y desplazarla
horizontalmente. Si se supera el límite de carga, el interruptor de nal de carrera
desconecta el suministro eléctrico, lo que permite garantizar la seguridad.
