• Kraftstoff in den Kraftstofftank füllen – hierzu muss der

Kraftstofftankverschluss geöffnet werden und der Kraftstoff muss in den

Tank eingefüllt werden, wobei darauf geachtet werden muss, dass der

maximale Füllstand, der durch die rote Markierung in dem in der

Einfüllöffnung des Tanks eingesetzten Filters angezeigt wird, nicht

überschritten wird. Den Kraftstofftankverschluss wieder schließen, indem

er bis zum Anschlag festgedreht wird.

• Den Stromerzeuger an die Erdung anschließen.

3.3.2 Starten des Stromerzeugers

a) Es muss sichergestellt werden, dass kein Abnehmer am Stromerzeuger

angeschlossen ist. Falls dies doch der Fall sein sollte, muss das Gerät

abgetrennt werden.

b) Den Installationsschalter auf dem Steuerpult auf die Position „OFF“

stellen.

c) Das Kraftstoffventil in die geöffnete Position stellen, d. h. den Hebel in

die senkrechte Position bringen – „ON“ (siehe das entsprechende

Piktogramm auf dem Gehäuse des Hebels).

d) Das Drosselkappenventil („THROTTLE“) auf die geschlossene Position –

„CLOSE“ stellen. Beim Starten eines warmen Motors sollte sich das

Ventil in der offenen Position – „OPEN“ befinden.

e) Den Zündschalter auf dem Steuerfeld auf die Position an – „ON“ stellen.

f) Den Griff von dem Seilzug des Reversierstarters greifen und langsam

von dem Gerät weg ziehen, bis ein Widerstand spürbar ist, dann fest an

dem Seilzug ziehen, wobei der Griff des Reversierstarters die ganze Zeit
