Antes de usarlo, lea las precauciones del panel lateral de la caja.
USANDO VINAGRE
1. Llene el decantador hasta de la nivel de 4 tazas con vinagre blanco de uso
doméstico sin diluir. Vierta el vinagre en el depósito de agua de la cafetera.
2. Coloque un filtro en la canasta del filtro amovible y cierre la tapa.
3. Coloque el decantador vacío en el plato calefactor. Gire el interruptor a la
posición prendida (“ON”). Cuando tres tazas hayan fluido, coloque la cafetera
en la posición apagada (“OFF”). Déjelo reposar durante 1/2 hora.
4. Después de 1/2 hora, coloque la cafetera en la posición prendida (“ON”)
y deje que todo el vinagre pase de nuevo por la cafetera.
5.
Una vez que el ciclo de preparación haya terminado, deseche el vinagre y el filtro.
6. Para enjuagar todo vestigio de vinagre, vierta el decantador lleno de agua en
la cafetera, gire el interruptor a la posición prendida (“ON”). Deje que el agua
pase completamente.
7.
Deseche el agua y coloque la cafetera en la posición “OFF”. Repita los pasos 6 y 7.

IMPIEZA DEL DECANTADOR
El decantador y la tapa se pueden lavar seguramente en la plataforma superior
del lavaplatos.
El agua dura puede dejar una deposito mineral blancuzco dentro del decantador.
El café y el té descoloran estos depósitos, dejando algunas veces una mancha
marrón dentro del decantador. Para remover estas manchas, siga estos tres
pasos simples.
1. Use una solución de partes iguales de vinagre y agua caliente.
2. Deje reposar la solución en el decantador durante 20 minutos. Deséchela.
3. Lave y enjuague completamente el decantador usando un trapo suave.
No use limpiadores abrasivos fuertes. Éstos podrán causar rayones que
pueden conducir a roturas.
