14.4 MP3 Player Update Tool
This tool is used for upgrading of firmware
* MP3 Player firmware upgrading tool is used for upgrading a new firmware or
recovering damaged firmware for MP3 Player. Following are the steps.
* First, make sure connect MP3 Player with computer’s USB port normally,
and no other removable disk connecting to this computer’s USB port.
* Second, run this tool. If MP3 Player’s internal firmware working normally, it
switched to upgrading mode. The information of internal firmware will be
displayed in the top-left group box.
* Click the button "Select new firmware file" to select a new firmware file you
want to upgrade, the information of selected firmware file will be displayed in
the top-right group box. Then, click the button "Begin upgrading" to start
upgrading the new firmware.
* If MP3 Player’s internal firmware is damaged, this toll will switch to
recovering mode. It will prompt user to select a firmware file for recovering
MP3 Player’s internal firmware. The information of selected firmware file will be
displayed in the top-right group box. Then, click the button "Begin upgrading"
to start upgrading new firmware.
