Cozedura com 3 ou 4 níveis
Associado ao cesto de vapor, a panela de vapor permite cozer com 3 ou 4 níveis: preparações a
vapor nos diferentes níveis (cesto de vapor, cuba de vapor e tabuleiro de vapor superior) e pratos
preparados na taça do robot Cuisine Companion (molhos, guisados/estufados ou sopas).
Atenção: A cozedura simultânea com vários níveis requer a utilização do aparelho em modo
manual e implica que uma preparação líquida (sopa, molho, etc.) seja feita na taça do robot
Cuisine Companion.
Exemplo de receita com 3 níveis: borrego, molho de tomate e legumes.
Aviso: os tempos de cozedura indicados na tabela correspondem a uma cozedura a vapor
com água na taça e não a uma preparação líquida.
Na taça com o acessório misturador, coloque uma 1 lata de tomate em pedaços (750 g), 70
cl de caldo de vaca, 1 kg de pernil de borrego cortado em cubos, 1 cebola picada, 2 cenouras
descascadas e às rodelas, 1 aipo cortado aos pedaços, 30 g de concentrado de tomate, 2 ramos de
tomilho, sal e pimenta. Inicie a cozedura do estufado a 120ºC, durante 45 minutos na velocidade
3. Durante esse tempo, descasque e corte 350 g de batatas e 350 g de nabos. Descasque 1 kg de
ervilhas (para obter cerca de 400 g) e corte 300 g de feijão-verde.
Coloque as batatas, os nabos e as ervilhas na cuba de vapor. Coloque o feijão-verde no tabuleiro
de vapor superior.
Decorridos 45 minutos, coloque o conjunto composto pelo coletor de sucos, a cuba de vapor, o
tabuleiro de vapor superior e a tampa no lugar da tampa reguladora de vapor e reinicie a cozedura
na velocidade 3, a 120 ºC, durante 45 minutos.
Cozedura com 4 níveis
Exemplo de receita: filetes de peixe com molho de tomate ao vapor.
Na taça com o acessório misturador, coloque 350 g de tomate em pedaços em lata, 40 g de
alcaparras, 1 c.s. de sumo de limão, 60 cl caldo de peixe. Coloque o cesto de vapor com 600 g
de cenouras descascadas e às rodelas, feche a tampa sem a tampa reguladora de vapor e coloque
a cuba de vapor. Nesta coloque 400 g de batatas cortadas em pedaços grossos e um brócolo.
Coloque no tabuleiro de vapor superior 1 kg de filetes de peixe. Feche a tampa. Inicie a cozedura
na velocidade 4, a 120 ºC, durante 45 minutos.
