Poderá cozinhar alimentos com consistências diferentes em vários níveis. Coloque aqueles
que necessitam de mais tempo de cozedura na parte inferior e aqueles que necessitam de
uma cozedura mais rápida na parte superior.
Para os alimentos cozinhados inteiros como o peixe, certifique-se de que respeita o
tamanho da cuba de vapor por forma a garantir uma cozedura homogénea.
Se a receita necessitar da utilização de película aderente, utilize uma película destinada ao
uso em micro-ondas. A película destina-se a evitar a condensação e a proteger os alimentos
delicados. Evite o uso de papel de alumínio visto que tende a aumentar o tempo de cozedura.
Selecione o Programa Vapor P1 ou P2 e configure os parâmetros de tempo, consultando a
tabela dos programas de vapor (ver Fig. 7).
