For at opnå den bedst mulige
tilberedning af fødevarerne, anbefaler vi
neden-stående mængder:
- 550 g friske pommes frites
- 400 g frosne pommes frites
Undgå at lade fritureolien stå og varme
uden grund, da oliens levetid herved for-
kortes.
Lad ikke den fyldte kurv hænge for
længe til afdrypning, da dampene kan
bevirke, at de tilberedte fødevarer
mister sprødheden og bliver bløde.
Rengøring
Sluk for strømmen, træk stikket ud og
lad frituregryden køle af.
Frituregryden aftørres udvendigt med
en fugtig klud. Der må aldrig bruges
skuresvampe eller sprit.
Frituregryden må aldrig overhældes
med vand eller nedsænkes i vand.
Fjern låget. Vask kurven og låget (uden
anti-lugtfilteret) i opvaskemaskinen eller
under varmt vand tilsat opvaskemiddel.
Skyl af og tør godt af.
Når olien skal skiftes, bør De benytte
lejligheden til at vaske skålen af med
varmt vand tilsat opvaskemiddel. Skyl af
