Precaliente el horno a 180 °C. Unte con mantequilla y enharine un molde para bizcocho. Vierta
en el vaso la harina, los huevos y la levadura. Coloque el mezclador y la tapa. Ponga el aparato
en funcionamiento a la velocidad 1 y, a continuación, aumente hasta la velocidad 4. Añada el
aceite de oliva y la leche mientras mantiene el aparato funcionando durante 1 min 30 s. Cambie
a la velocidad 1 y añada los tomates secos, el queso feta y las aceitunas. Salpimiente. Vierta la
preparación en el molde y cocine durante un tiempo entre 30 y 40 min.
Mayonesa
Ingredientes: 1 yema de huevo, 1 cucharada sopera de mostaza, 1 cucharadita de café de vinagre,
250 ml de aceite, sal, pimienta.
Atención: todos los ingredientes deberán estar a temperatura ambiente.
Ponga en el vaso todos los ingredientes excepto el aceite. Coloque el batidor de varillas y la tapa.
Ponga el aparato en funcionamiento a la velocidad 1 y empiece a verter un chorro fino de aceite.
Pasados 10 s, cambie a la velocidad 7 y siga incorporando el aceite despacio. Una vez que haya
vertido todo, mantenga el aparato funcionando durante 30 s.
Nota: manténgala en la nevera y consúmala en 24 h.
Crema chantillí
Ingredientes: 250 ml de nata líquida bien fría, 50 g de azúcar glas.
Ponga en el vaso la nata y el azúcar glas. Coloque el batidor de varillas y la tapa. Ponga en
funcionamiento el aparato a la velocidad 4 durante 2 min y, a continuación, a la velocidad 7
durante 1 min 30 s.
