Battre au fouet les œufs avec le sucre et le
sel pendant 5 mn jusqu’à blanchiment.
Verser dans la cuve de la machine.
Ajouter le beurre fondu mais refroidi.
Ajouter le jus + le zeste du citron.
Ajouter la farine et la levure préalablement
mélangées.
Veiller à mettre la farine en tas, bien au cen-
tre de la cuve.
