- Your fryer is intended exclusively for
domestic use and within your home.
- Unplug your fryer once you have stopped
using it and when you are cleaning it.
- Never use your fryer if it is not working
correctly, or if it has been damaged. In either
case, contact an approved Moulinex service
centre (see list in service booklet).
- Any intervention other than cleaning and
normal maintenance must be carried out by
an approved Moulinex service centre.
- Never put the fryer, the power cable or the
plug into water or any other liquid.
- Never allow the power cable to hang down
within reach of children. Always keep the
fryer well away from children.
- The power cable must never be in close
proximity to a source of heat or rest on a
sharp edge.
- If the power cable or the plug are damaged,
do not use the fryer. To avoid any risk, this
must be replaced by an approved Moulinex
service centre (see list in service booklet).
- For your own safety, use only Moulinex
accessories and spare parts which are
suitable for your fryer.
- Install your fryer on a worktop well away from
any source of heat and from any risk of water

from working if the removable tank is not in
place.
- Never operate your fryer without putting

automatically cuts off the electrical power in
the event of accidental over-heating.
- Always observe the mini/maxi levels
indicated inside the removable tank (E).

. melt the blocks by setting the temperature
selector (H) to the setting 1.
. when the blocks of fat have liquified, replace
the basket.
