- Release the button (E) and wait for the
blade to stop.
- Remove the motor unit (A) by pressing the
button (G) and unlocking the lid (D) by
turning in the opposite direction to when it
was assembled. Remove the blade (C)
carefully.
. Blending
- Place the blade in the bowl as shown for
chopping.
- Pour the liquid to be blended into the bowl.
Do not fill above the 0.6l mark indicated.
. Whisking
- Place the blade (C) onto the axis (F) in the
bowl (B).
- Pour the ingredients into the bowl.
- Place the whisking disk (H) on to the axis of
the blade by holding it parallel to the blade.
- Push the whisking disk until it touches the
blade.
- Now follow the instructions as for chopping
from the fitting of the lid (D).
To remove the whisking disk (H) proceed as
follows, after having removed the lid (D):
- Pull the blade (C) out of the bowl by holding
it by the upper part until the disk (H) is above
the level of the bowl.
- Hold the disk (H) by the middle and push
the blade (C) back down.
- Remove the disk (H)
- Carefully remove the blade (C).
. How to make an excellent, really firm
mayonnaise?
Ingredients : 1 egg yolk - 1 tbs. mustard - 2
tbs. water - 1 tbs vinegar - 100ml oil - salt and
pepper.
It is important to have all the ingredients at
room temperature before making the mayon-
naise.
- Place 2 tbs. oil and all the other ingredients
into the bowl. Mix it gently by pressing the
button a few times. Add the rest of the oil.
Run the Moulinette for a further 30 seconds.

Cleaning
- Always unplug the appliance
- The motor unit (A) must only be wiped with
a damp cloth. Never place it in a dishwasher,
immerse it in water or place it under running
water.
- The bowl (B), the blade (C) the lid (D) and
the whisking disk (H) can be washed under
running water or in the dishwasher.
- The blades are very sharp. Always
handle with care.
Storage
After use the Moulinette can be stored by
wrapping the mains lead (I) around the motor
unit and holding it in place using the suction
pad (J) provided.
What to do if your appliance
does not work
First check that it is plugged in correctly.
If you have followed all the instructions in
the booklet and the appliance still does not
work contact your retailer or a Moulinex Ser-
vice Centre (see the list in the «Moulinex
Service» leaflet).
