• Tilslut apparatet, og tryk startknappen (A), samtidig med at du holder skålen
(G), for at undgå at den drejer. Du kan vælge mellem en langsom hastighed (A1)
eller en hurtigere hastighed (A2 Turbo) (Fig. 7).
• Slip startknappen (A1 eller A2 Turbo), efter endt tilberedning, tag stikket ud, og
vent indtil kniven er helt standset (D + F).
• Tag motorblokken (B), det tætsiddende låg (C) og kniven (D + F) ud for at hælde
blandingen ud.
• Glem ikke at tage milkshake tilbehøret (D) ud for at bruge hakke- eller
blendefunktionerne igen.
Vigtigt:
Apparatet er forsynet med et dobbelt sikkerhedssystem: Det er ikke muligt at starte
apparatet, hvis det tætsiddende låg (C) ikke sidder på. Kontroller, at skålen (G) og
motorblokken (B) sidder korrekt, ellers fungerer apparatet ikke.
Vigtigt: Hvis det der skal tilberedes er flydende, må væsken ikke overstige den
maksimale mængde (0,5 l), som er angivet på skålen (G).
Kan enten tilberedes med den nederste hakkekniv (F) alene eller med både
nederste (F) og øverste hakkekniv (E) for at opnå et bedre resultat.
Mayonnaise:
2 æggeblommer – 1 spsk. sennep – 2 spsk. vand – 1 spsk. vineddike – 200 ml olie –
salt, peber.
Brug hastigheden Turbo (A2). Det er vigtigt, at alle ingredienserne har den samme
temperatur, inden tilberedningen begynder.
Kom alle ingredienserne samt 2 spsk. olie i skålen (G) med hakkekniven (F) alene eller
knivene (E og F) sammen.
Start med at blande ingredienserne i 15 sekunder. Hæld olien i ad 3 gange, og lad
apparatet køre i 10 sekunder hver gang.
Tips til opskriften: Mayonnaise uden sennep. Følg ovenstående vejledning, og erstat
senneppen og vandet med 2 spsk. citronsaft.
Pandekagedej: (til 0,5 l dej)
Kom 100 g mel, 2 æg, 1/4 liter mælk, 1 spsk. olie og 1 knsp. salt i skålen (G) med
hakkekniven (F) alene eller knivene (E og F) sammen.
Bland i ca. 15-20 sekunder, indtil dejen har den rette konsistens.
Vaffeldej: (til 0,5 l dej, dvs. ca. 15 vafler)
Opløs 5 g gær i lidt lunkent vand. Kom følgende ingredienser i skålen (G) med
hakkekniven (F) alene eller knivene (E og F) sammen: 130 g mel, 2 æg, 20 cl mælk,
60 g smeltet smør og 1 spsk. vanillesukker. Bland i ca. 15-20 sekunder, indtil dejen
har den rette konsistens. Lad dejen hvile i 1 time.
Basilikumpesto: (til 4 personer)
20 g pinjekerner - 2 fed hvidløg - 50 g basilikum - 1 spsk. hakkede hasselnødder -
