• Open the motor protection grid (12) – fig. 17a.
• Remove the microfilter * (13) – fig. 17b.
• Discard the microfilter * (13) into a dustbin – fig. 17c and replace it with a new microfilter (ref. MT0005 01).
• Place the pins in the notches – fig. 17d.
• Lock the microfilter * behind the engine protection grid (12) – fig. 17e.
• Make sure the microfilter* (13) is properly in position before closing the lid (9).
HEPA FILTER CASSETTE* (REF: MT0007 01)
Important: Replace the HEPA filter cassette* MT000701 every 6months (depending on the frequency of use).
• Open the lid (9) of your vacuum cleaner – fig. 14.
• Remove the HEPA filter cassette* (14a) – fig. 18a – 18b.
• Throw the cassette into the dustbin – fig. 18c.
• Place the pins in the notches – fig. 18d.
• Lock the new HEPA filter cassette* (14a) (ref. MT0007 01) in its housing – fig. 18e.
• Make sure the HEPA filter cassette* (14a) is properly in position before closing the lid (9).
CLEANING THE HEPA FILTER CASSETTE* (ref: MT0008 01)
Please note! This cleaning operation is reserved exclusively for the HEPA filter cassette * ref: MT0008 01
• Open the lid (9) of your vacuum cleaner – fig. 14.
• Remove the HEPA filter cassette* (14b) – fig. 19a – 19b.
• Tap the HEPA filter cassette* (14b) over a dustbin – fig. 19c.
• Then hold it under running water – fig. 19d, and allow to dry at least 24 hours – fig 19e.
• Ensure that the HEPA filter cassette * (14b) is completely dry before replacing it.
• Place the pins in the notches – fig. 19f.
• Lock the HEPA filter cassette* (14b) (Ref: MT0008 01) in its housing – fig. 19g.
• Make sure the HEPA filter cassette* (14b) is properly in position before closing the lid (9).
CLEANING THE VACUUM CLEANER
• Wipe the body of the vacuum cleaner and accessories with a soft damp cloth, then dry.
• Wipe the lid with a dry cloth – fig. 20.
• Do not use detergents or any corrosive or abrasive products.
6. TROUBLESHOOTING
Important: As soon as your vacuum cleaner stops performing efficiently, and before making any checks, stop it by pres-
sing on the On/Off pedal
IF YOUR VACUUM CLEANER DOES NOT START
• The appliance is not powered: make sure the appliance is properly connected.
IF YOUR VACUUM CLEANER DOES NOT SUCK
• An accessory or the hose is blocked: unblock the accessory or hose.
• The lid is not properly closed: check that the bag is properly in position and close the lid.
IF YOUR VACUUM CLEANER IS NOT SUCKING PROPERLY OR IS MAKING A WHISTLING NOISE
• An accessory or the hose is partially blocked: unblock the accessory or hose.
• The bag is full or saturated by fine dust: replace the paper bag (17a), or empty the textile bag * (17b).
• The bag full light is red: the filtration system is saturated.
- HEPA cassette*: change the HEPA cassette * (14a) (ref. MT0007 01) and replace it in its housing or wash the HEPA fil-
ter cassette* (14b) (ref. MT0008 01) according to the procedure.
