Rijst op Oma's manier: 125 g ronde rijst in de beboterde schaal doen. 2 eetlepels suiker, 1 mespuntje zout en 1/2 melk erover
verdelen. Thermostaatstand : 4.
Bereidingstijd : 40 min.
Gegratineerde spinazieschotel: Spinazie in water met zout koken. Daarna het vocht er goed uitdrukken. De schaal beboteren
en 500 g gekookte spinazie hierin uitspreiden. 3 dl lichte béchamelsaus bereiden. Hieraan wat gruyère kaas toevoegen. De spinazie
hiermee bedekken.
Wat geraspte gruyère kaas en klontjes boter op de spinazie leggen. Het geheel gedurende 20 min. op de hoogste stand gratineren.
Vis onder folie: 400 g visfilets in de beboterde schaal doen. Naar smaak zouten en peperen. Met citroensap besprenkelen. Wat
kruiden en klontjes boter over de vis verdelen. De schaal met folie afdekken. Thermostaatstand : max. Bereidingstijd : 25 min.
Melkbroodjes : 25 g gist met 1,5 dl lauw water aanlengen. 20 gram melkpoeder en 350 g bloem toevoegen.
Het geheel in de deegkneedfunktie van de Maxima laten kneden, totdat er een egaal mengsel is ontstaan. Vervolgens 60 g gesmolten
boter, mespunt zout. Lepel suiker toevoegen. Het geheel weer kneden totdat er een homogeen mengsel is ontstaan. Ei toevoegen en
weer kneden totdat het deeg van de bodem van de kom los komt. Het deeg in vieren verdelen en vormen. Gedurende 2 uur op de
ingesmeerde bakplaat in de oven laten rijzen. Op thermostaatstand 3 gedurende 25 minuten bakken.
