bakepulver 1 dl melk.
Smelt sjokoladen i vannbad med 2 ss
vann. Tilsett smør, og rør slik at
blandingen smeltes helt.
Ha sukker og egg i beholderen med
kvernekniven (d) eller eltekniven (e), og
sett maskinen hastighet ”2” i 45 sek
slik at blandingen blir lett og luftig. Sett
kjøkkenmaskinen hastighet ”1”, og
hell i smeltet sjokolade, mel, bakepulver
og melk gjennom sjakten i lokket. Når
alle ingrediensene er blandet inn, lar du
maskinen i 15 sek. hastighet "2".
Hell blandingen i en smurt bakeform, og
la kaken bake i ca. 1 time termostat
5/6 (160 °C).
Pisket krem
200 ml meget kald kremfløte 30 g
melis.
Beholderen settes i kjøleskapet i
noen minutter. Den skal være svært
kald.
TILBEHØRSDELER:
- Emulgeringsskive (f)
Ha krem og melis i beholderen med
emulgeringsskiven. Sett maskinen
hastighet ”2” i 40 sek.
TILBEHØRSDELER:
- Emulgeringsvisp (g)
Ha krem og melis i beholderen med
emulgeringsvispen. Sett maskinen
hastighet ”2” i ca. 3 ½ min.
Majones
1 eggeplomme 1 ts sterk sennep 1 ts
eddik, ¼ liter olje, salt, pepper.
TILBEHØRSDELER:
- Emulgeringsskive (f)
Ha alle ingrediensene, unntatt oljen, i
beholderen med emulgeringsskiven.
Sett lokket (b2) beholderen (b3) og
lås det fast.
Sett maskinen hastighet ”2” i 5 sek.
og la den fortsette å mens du heller
o
ljen langsomt gjennom sjakten i lokket.
Når majonesen har stivnet, blir fargen
lys.

- Emulgeringsvisp (g)
Ha alle ingrediensene, unntatt oljen, i
beholderen med emulgeringsvispen.
Sett lokket (b2) beholderen (b3) og
lås det fast.
Sett maskinen hastighet ”1” i 20 sek
mens du heller en del av oljen langsomt
gjennom sjakten. Sett maskinen direkte
over hastighet ”2” og hell i resten av
oljen.
Merk: Skal majonesen bli vellykket,
alle ingrediensene ha romtemperatur.
NB: Majonesen oppbevares i kjøleska-
pet og bør forbrukes innen 24 timer.
