Perejil 5 g 15 seg.
Cebollas 50 g 10 seg. en pulse
Escalonias 50 g 10 seg. en pulse
Ajo 30 g 10 seg. en pulse
Biscotte 10 g 15 seg.
Almendras 50 g 15 seg.
Avellanas 50 g 15 seg.
Nueces 50 g 15 seg.
Queso 50 g 15 seg.
Huevo duro 2 yemas 5 seg. en pulse
Jamón dulce 50 g 15 seg.
Carne 50 g 15 seg.
¿Cómo hacer excelentes mayonesas?
Ingredientes: 1 yema de huevo - 1 cucharada de café (llena)
de mostaza - 1 cuchara sopera de agua - 1 cucharada de café
de vinagre - 100 ml de aceite - sal - pimienta.
- Ponga los ingredientes en el bol y añada sólo una cucharada
sopera de aceite.
- Haga una primera mezcla poniendo el aparato en marcha
durante 20 segundos.
- Añada el aceite restante y ponga el aparato en marcha
durante 40 segundos.
Es importante que todos los ingredientes estén a la misma
temperatura.
Para guardar el aparato
Después de la utilización puede guardar la mini-picadora
enrollando el cable de alimentación (G) en torno al bloque
motor y asegurándolo mediante la ventosa (H) provista para
ello.
Mantenimiento
En su Servicio técnico habitual o en los centros Moulinex (vea
la lista adjunta de «Servicio Moulinex») podrá obtener las
piezas de recambio y los accesorios que necesite.
Importante: Si el cable de alimentación está estropeado, se
requieren herramientas especiales para su reparación, por lo
que deberá acudir a uno de los Servicios Técnicos Moulinex.
