Hardgekookt ei eigeel v. 2 eieren 5 sec. (puls)
Ham 50 gr 15 sec.
Vlees (voor tartaar) 50 gr 15 sec.
Zelf mayonaise maken? Ga als volgt te werk:
Ingrediënten: 1 eigeel, 1 (volle) theelepel mosterd, 1 eetlepel
water, 1 theelepel azijn, 100 ml olie, zout, peper.
- Doe alle ingrediënten (m.u.v. de olie) in de mengbeker. Voeg
1 eetlepel olie toe.
- Meng de ingrediënten gedurende 20 seconden.
- Voeg de rest van de olie toe en meng het geheel gedurende
40 seconden. Het is belangrijk dat alle ingrediënten op
dezelfde temperatuur zijn.
Opbergen
Na gebruik kunt u het snoer (G) van uw mini-hakker om het
motorblok wikkelen. Het snoer blijft op zijn plaats door het
steuntje (H) dat hiervoor dient.
Onderhoud
Onderdelen en accessoires zijn verkrijgbaar bij uw winkelier of
het Moulinex Service-centre (voor adressen zie het boekje
«Moulinex Service»).
Belangrijk: indien het aansluitsnoer dusdanig beschadigd is
dat het vervangen dient te worden, laat het dan nakijken door
een door Moulinex erkende reparateur of door de reparatie-
service van Moulinex zelf daar speciaal gereedschap
noodzakelijk is.
