UTILIZAÇÃO DO CESTO DE VAPOR
Os tempos de cozedura o fornecidos a título
indicativo, permitindo, na maior parte dos casos,
uma cozedura satisfatória.
No entanto, determinadas condições irão in-
fluenciar o tempo de cozedura:
- a dimensão dos legumes (cortados ou inteiros)
- a quantidade de ingredientes no cesto
- a variedade de legumes, a sua maturidade
- a quantidade de água na taça, que deve corres-
ponder à graduação (0.7L).
Utilizar a tampa reguladora de vapor com «máx.»
(a) virado para si.
Se a cozedura for insuficiente, pode acrescentar
um tempo de cozedura suplementar.
