UTILIZAÇÃO DO CESTO DE VAPOR
Os tempos de cozedura são fornecidos a tí-
tulo indicativo, permitindo, na maior parte dos
casos, uma cozedura satisfatória.
No entanto, determinadas condições irão in-
fluenciar o tempo de cozedura:
- a dimensão dos legumes (cortados ou inteiros)
- a quantidade de ingredientes no cesto
- a variedade de legumes, a sua maturidade
- a quantidade de água na taça, que deve corres-
ponder à graduação (0.7L).
Utilizar a tampa reguladora de vapor com
«vapor
máx.» (a) virado para si.
Se a cozedura for insuficiente, pode acrescentar
um tempo de cozedura suplementar.
Algumas receitas podem transbordar devido ao aparecimento de bolhas, particularmente aquando
da utilização de legumes congelados. Neste caso, deve reduzir os volumes em conformidade.
