Accesorios y programas utilizados:
- Cuchillo para picar
- Programa turbo / Programa de cocción a fuego lento P5
300 g de panceta (sin cortezas ni huesos) • 1 cebolla • 1 diente de ajo • 2 cl de aceite • 5 cl de
vino blanco • 5 cl de Armañac • 1 cucharadita de especias Rabelais® (o mezcla de 5 especias) • 5
g de sal • 1 g de sal.
1. Pelar el ajo y la cebolla y, a continuación, cortarlos en cuatro. Cortar la panceta en cubos grandes.
2. Meter la cebolla y el ajo en el bol provisto del cuchillo para picar.
Mezclar en turbo durante 15 seg.
3. Meter el aceite, la panceta y todos los demás ingredientes en el bol. Poner en marcha el programa
de cocción a fuego lento P5 durante 2 h.
4. Al terminar la cocción, colocar la carne cocida en una tarrina, después quitar una parte de la
grasa de la superficie.
Sugerencia:
Dejar suficiente grasa para que la tarrina resista.
