Kaada seos teräsastiaan ja pane se
pakkaseen. Kun seos on jähmettynyt, ota siitä
palasia haarukalla ja tarjoa heti
jäätelömaljoista. Voit maustaa seoksen myös
vaniljalla tai inkiväärillä.
. Nopeus 4.
. Mansikkasorbetti
4 annosta:
750 g mansikoita, pestyjä ja puhdistettuja; 1/
2 sitruunaa (kuorittuna ja lohkottuna ), 125 g
tomusokeria, 1 dl vettä.
Kaada vesi pieneen kattilaan ja lisää sokeri;
keitä 1 minuutin ajan ja jäähdytä. Mehusta
mansikat ja sitruuna ja sekoita mehu
sokeriliemeen. Kaada seos sorbettikoneeseen
tai pakkaseen sopivaan teräsastiaan ja
sekoita haarukalla useaan kertaan
pakastamisen aikana.
. Nopeus 4.
. Vadelmakastike
4 - 6 annosta:
750 g vadelmia, 200 g tomusokeria.
Saat vadelmista 3 dl mehua. Sekoita se
sokerin kanssa, kunnes sokeri sulaa ja anna
olla jääkaapissa tarjoiluun asti. Tämä
vadelmakastike säilyy 24 tuntia. Sopii esim.
jäätelön kastikkeeksi.
. Nopeus 4.
. Aprikoosihillo
1 iso hillopurkki:
400 g aprikooseja, 200 g hillosokeria.
Ota kivet pois aprikooseista, lohko ja mehusta
ne. Kaada mehu paksupohjaiseen kattilaan
ja lisää sokeri. Sekoita lastalla ja keitä miedolla
lämmöllä 4 minuuttia koko ajan sekoittaen.
Kuori vaahto. Kaada seos hillopurkkiin ja anna
jäähtyä ennen peittämistä. Voit maustaa hillon
ripauksella vaniljaa ja kanelia.
