Brødkake
200 g mel, 200 g mykt smør i biter, 200 g sukker, 4 hele egg, 1 pakke gjær, 1 klype
salt.
I miksebollen utstyrt med hakkekniven (d) ellers mikseren (e), tilsett alle
ingrediensene. Kjør hastighet ”2” i 2,5 min. Forvarm ovnen til 180° C.
Hell blandingen i en kakeform og stek i 1 time.
Krydderkake
200 g mel, 100 g mykt smør i biter, 100 g sukker, 4 egg, 60 ml melk, 1 ts. ytende
honning, 1 ts. kanel, 1 ts. ingefær, 1 ts. revet muskat, 1 revet appelsinskall,
1 klype pepper, 1 ts. bakepulver.
I miksebollen utstyrt med hakkekniven (d) eller mikseren (e), tilsett alle
ingrediensene. Velg hastighet ”2”og kjør i 2 min. Hell i en smurt og melet
form og stek i 50 min. ved 180 °C.
Server lunken eller kald med en kompott eller marmelade.
Sjokoladekake
5 egg, 200 g sukker, 3 ss mel, 200 g smeltet smør, 200 g sjokolade, 1 ts.
bakepulver, 100 ml melk.
Smelt sjokoladen i et vannbad med 2 ss vann. Tilsett smøret og rør til
blandingen er smeltet.
I miksebollen utstyrt med hakkekniven (d) eller mikseren (e), tilsett sukker
og egg og kjør i hastighet ”2” i 45 sek. til blandingen er skummende. Uten å
stoppe maskinen, ned til hastighet ”1”, tilsett gjennom materøret smeltet
sjokolade, mel, bakepulver og melk. Når alle ingrediensene er tilsatt, kjør i
15 sek. i hastighet ”2”.
Hell i en smurt form og stek i ca 1 time ved 160 °C.
Chantilly krem
200 ml veldig kald kremøte, 30 g frossent sukker.
Bollen må være meget kald, sett i kjøleskapet i noen minutter.
I miksebollen utstyrt med emulgeringsplaten, tilsett kremfløten og det frosne
sukkeret. Velg hastighet ”2” og kjør i omtrent 1 min.
