• Montaje de los accesorios:
- Coloque el vaso (b3) en el bloque motor (a) y bloquéelo.
- Bloquee el disco corta verduras en el arrastrador (c) y a continuación,
colóquelo todo en la salida del bloque motor (a1).
- Coloque la tapa (b2) y bloquéela en el vaso (b3).
• Puesta en marcha y consejos:
- Introduzca los alimentos por la chimenea de la tapa y guíelos con el
empujador (b1).
- Gire el selector de velocidad (a3) hacia la posición «1» para cortar o la
posición «2» para rallar.
Puede preparar con los discos corta verduras hasta 600g en 1 min.:
- rallado grueso (C) / rallado fino (A): apio, patatas, zanahorias, queso...
- cortado grueso (H) / cortado fino (D): patatas, cebollas, pepinos, remolacha,
manzanas, zanahorias, repollo...
- corta patatas fritas (E): patatas fritas…
- reibekuchen (G): parmesano, patatas…
- Antes de vaciar el vaso, retire con precaución la cuchilla corta verduras, está
muy afilada.
5 : EMULSIONAR / BATIR
• Accesorios utilizados:
- Vaso (b3).
- Disco emulsionador (f).
- Arrastrador (c).
• Montaje de los accesorios:
- Coloque el vaso (b3) en el bloque motor (a) y bloquéelo en la base.
- Introduzca el disco emulsionador (f) en el sentido correcto, como indica la
imagen 5.a, y bloquéelo en el arrastrador (c), a continuación, coloque todo
en la salida del bloque motor (a1).
- Introduzca los ingredientes en el vaso.
- Coloque la tapa (b2) y bloquéela en el vaso (b3).
• Puesta en marcha y consejos:
- Gire el selector de velocidad (a3) hacia la posición «o «2» para la puesta
en marcha.
Puede preparar: mayonesa, alioli, salsas, a punto de nieve (de 1 a 6), nata
montada, chantillí (hasta 0,2 litros), de 30s a 3 min.
- Nunca utilice estos accesorios para amasar masas pesadas (masas de pan…)
o mezclar masas ligeras (galletas, bizcochos…).
