PROBLEMI, PROBABILI CAUSE E SOLUZIONI
Problemi Probabili cause Soluzioni
In caso di problemi con la vostra macchina da caffè, il porta-filtro per cialde ostruito è
una delle cause più probabili: lavatelo con acqua corrente o in lavastoviglie.
Il caffè non esce.
- Serbatoio vuoto. - Riempire il serbatoio.
- Pompa a secco. - Riempire il serbatoio, rimuovere il
portafiltro, bloccare il percolatore,
premere il pulsante finché l'acqua
non esce.
- Apparecchio incrostato.
- Eliminare il calcare dall'apparec-
chio (vedere paragrafo Decalcifi-
cazione).
- Il porta-filtro per cialde è ostruito. - Lasciare il porta-filtro per cialde os-
truito in ammollo per 4 ore in una so-
luzione anticalcare a 80 °C; lavarlo
successivamente in lavastoviglie.
Il caffè è troppo
ristretto
e si avverte un forte
rumore.
- Serbatoio vuoto. - Riempire il serbatoio.
- Il serbatoio non è posizionato
correttamente nell'apposito
scomparto.
- Spingere bene il serbatoio per
inserirlo nella base.
- Il porta-filtro per cialde è ostruito. Lasciare il porta-filtro per cialde ostruito
in ammollo per 4 ore in una soluzione
anticalcare a 80 °C; lavarlo successi-
vamente in lavastoviglie.
Fuoriuscita di caffè a
livello del percolatore.
- Il percolatore è sporco oppure
ci sono delle impurità che
ostacolano la chiusura.
- Pulire il percolatore e il portafiltro
per cialde con un panno morbido.
- La guarnizione del percolatore
è danneggiata.
- Contattare un centro assistenza
autorizzato.
All'apertura
dell'apparecchio, la
cialda risulta
danneggiata.
- Nel percolatore c'è ancora
pressione al momento
dell'apertura.
- Prima di aprire il percolatore,
attendere che il pulsante smetta di
lampeggiare.
Il caffè non è corposo
e non c'è schiuma.
- La cialda non è posizionata
correttamente nel portafiltro.
- Posizionare la cialda ben piatta nel
portafiltro distribuendo in modo
uniforme il caffè nella bustina.
- Il porta-filtro per cialde è ostruito. Lasciare il porta-filtro per cialde ostruito
in ammollo per 4 ore in una soluzione
anticalcare a 80 °C; lavarlo successi-
vamente in lavastoviglie.
- La cialda non è compatibile
con la macchina.
- Cambiare cialda.
Il pulsante lampeggia
rapidamente senza
arresto.
- I dispositivi di sicurezza hanno
interrotto il funzionamento a
causa di un surriscaldamento.
- Lasciare raffreddare l'apparecchio
per 6 ore. Se il problema persiste,
contattare un centro assistenza
autorizzato.
Non si riesce a
chiudere
correttamente il
percolatore.
- La cialda non è posizionata
correttamente nel portafiltro.
- Posizionare la cialda ben piatta nel
portafiltro distribuendo in modo
uniforme il caffè nella bustina.
- La cialda non è compatibile
con la macchina.
- Cambiare cialda.
