SALADE VAN GESTOOMDE GAMBA'S

• 4 eetlepels olijfolie
• 24 gamba's
• 1/2 rode sla
• 1/2 andijviesla
• 2 theelepels Xeresazijn
• zout
• peper
• mosterd
-Pel de gamba's volledig.
-Kook de gamba's in 10 tot 12 minuten
gaar in de stoombakken.
-Was de twee salades en schud ze
droog. Meng ze. Maak een slasausje
met de olie, de mosterd en de
Xeresazijn. Leg de gamba's op de
salade en meng het geheel.

EVOGELTE MET DRAGONROOMSAUS
4 personen
Voorbereiding: 10 min.
Kooktijd: 20-25 min.
• 4 kipfilets van 120g
• 2 theelepels gehakte dragon
• 200 ml room
• zout
• peper
-Doe de kipfilets in de stoombakken,
laat ze 20 tot 25 minuten koken. Verhit
de room met de dragon, het zout en
de peper.
- Snijd de kipfilet in plakjes, leg ze op
de borden, giet de room met dragon
er overheen.

• 200 g wortels
• 200 g meiknolletjes
• 200 g sperziebonen
• 200 g diepvries doperwten
• gehakte peterselie
• gemalen zwarte peper
-Schil en was de groenten. Snijd de
wortels, meiknolletjes, sperziebonen in
staafjes van 4 cm lang.
- Leg de gesneden groenten, doperwten
en de gehakte peterselie in de
stoombak en laat de groenten 30 tot
35 minuten koken. Neem de groenten
uit en breng ze op smaak.

PPELMOES MET KANEEL
4 personen
Voorbereiding: 15 min.
Kooktijd: 20 min.
• 1 kg appels
• 2 eetlepels kaneelpoeder
• 100 g suiker
- Schil de appels, haal het klokkenhuis
er uit en snijd ze in vieren.
-Kook de appels in 20 minuten gaar in
de stoombakken. Haal ze uit de
stoombakken, pureer ze en voeg de
suiker en voeg de suiker en kaneel
toe. Serveren.
