1. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι ο διακόπτης επιλογής ταχύτητας (B) βρίσκεται στη
θέση «0».
2. Τοποθετήστε τους αναδευτήρες (C ή D) μέσα στις προβλεπόμενες οπές
και ασφαλίστε τους. Οι αναδευτήρες πρέπει να τοποθετηθούν
σύμφωνα με την εικόνα 1. Οι 2 αναδευτήρες πρέπει να έχουν το ίδιο
μήκος. Έχουν τοποθετηθεί και στερεωθεί σωστά όταν ακουστεί το
χαρακτηριστικό «κλικ».
3. Χρησιμοποιήστε τους αναδευτήρες ανά σετ.
4. Χρησιμοποιήστε κατά προτίμηση ένα βαθύ σκεύος.
5. Θέστε τη συσκευή σε λειτουργία επιλέγοντας μια ταχύτητα με τον
διακόπτη (B).
6. Όταν σταματήσει να λειτουργεί η συσκευή, στη θέση 0, πιέστε το
κουμπί αφαίρεσης (B) προς τα εμπρός για να αφαιρέσετε τους
αναδευτήρες (fig.2).
Η ταχύτητα 1 χρησιμοποιείται για την έναρξη της χρήσης και την
αποφυγή πιτσιλίσματος.
Για να προχωρήσετε στην ανάμειξη, χρησιμοποιήστε την ταχύτητα 2.
Κρεμώδης βινεγκρέτ
Για αυτήν τη συνταγή, χρησιμοποιήστε τους μεταλλικούς αναδευτήρες
250 ml κραμβέλαιο
250 ml ελαιόλαδο
3 γεμάτες κουταλιές της σούπας μουστάρδα
4 κουταλιές της σούπας ξίδι μπαλσάμικο
6 κουταλιές της σούπας ξίδι σμέουρων
Αλάτι και πιπέρι
Σε ένα μπολ σαλάτας, τοποθετήστε όλα τα συστατικά.
Αναμείξτε στη μέγιστη ταχύτητα για 60 δευτ.
Μαρέγκα
Για αυτήν τη συνταγή, χρησιμοποιήστε τους μεταλλικούς αναδευτήρες
6 ασπράδια αυγού - 1 πρέζα αλάτι
Σε ένα μπολ σαλάτας, τοποθετήστε όλα τα συστατικά.
Αναμείξτε στη μέγιστη ταχύτητα για τον χρόνο που χρειάζεται για την
παρασκευή της μαρέγκας χωρίς όμως να υπερβείτε τα 3 λεπτά.
