Äggvitor
Använd metallvisparna för detta recept.
6 äggvitor - 1 nypa salt
Häll alla ingredienser i en bunke.
Vispa på högsta hastighet tills hårda toppar bildas, men inte längre än
3 minuter.
Sockerkaka
Använd metallvisparna för detta recept.
3 stora ägg (ca 150 g) - 2,5 dl mjöl - 1 ¾ dl strösocker - 150 g smält smör - 1 msk
vaniljsocker - 1 tsk bakpulver - 2 nypor salt
Smält smöret (i en bunke i 30 sek. i mikrovågsugnen).
Häll alla ingredienser i en bunke.
Vispa på högsta hastighet tills du får en slät och jämn smet, men inte längre än 5
minuter.
- Dra ur apparatens kontakt ur eluttaget.
- Rengör visparna omedelbart efter användning för att undvika att rester av smet med
ägg- eller olja sitter kvar eller torkar fast.
- Du kan rengöra visparna (C) och (D) i diskmaskin.
- Rengör motorenheten (A) med enbart en fuktad svamp och torka noggrant.
- Sänk aldrig ned motorenheten i vatten (fig. 3). Den får inte rengöras i diskmaskin.
