frambuesa, sal y pimienta
Vierta todos los ingredientes en un vaso.
Bata a velocidad máxima durante 1 minuto.

6 claras de huevo - 1 pizca de sal
Vierta todos los ingredientes en un vaso.
Bata a velocidad máxima hasta que se levanten las claras, pero no durante más de
3 minutos.

Utilice las varillas metálicas para elaborar esta receta.
3 huevos grandes (alrededor de 150 g) - 150 g de harina - 150 g de azúcar superfina
- 150 g de mantequilla fundida - 1 sobre de azúcar de vainilla -
1 cucharada de levadura - 2 pizcas de sal
Funda la mantequilla (en un vaso durante 30 seg. en el microondas).
Vierta todos los ingredientes en un vaso.
Bata a velocidad máxima hasta obtener una masa consistente y homogénea, pero
nunca durante más de 5 minutos.

mezclas de huevos o aceite se queden pegados o se sequen.
- Puede limpiar las varillas (C) y (D) en el lavavajillas.
- Limpie el cuerpo del aparato (A) únicamente con una esponja húmeda y séquelo
cuidadosamente.
- No coloque nunca el cuerpo del aparato bajo el agua (fig. 3). No lo lave nunca en
el lavavajillas.
