AUSDRÜCKLICHEN ODER STILLSCHWEIGENDEN GARANTIEN. IN KEINEM FALL
SIND MOTOROLA ODER SUNCORP HAFTBAR, SEI ES VERTRAGLICH ODER GEMÄß
SCHADENERSATZRECHT (EINSCHLIEßLICH FAHRLÄSSIGKEIT) FÜR SCHÄDEN, DIE
ÜBER DEN KAUFPREIS FÜR DAS PRODUKT ODER ZUBEHÖRTEIL HINAUSGEHEN
ODER FÜR DIREKTE, INDIREKTE, BESONDERE ODER FOLGESCHÄDEN
JEGLICHER ART ODER UMSATZ- ODER GEWINNVERLUST, GESCHÄFTSVERLUST,
INFORMATIONS- ODER SONSTIGER FINANZIELLER VERLUST AUFGRUND DER
MÖGLICHKEIT ODER UNMÖGLICHKEIT DER VOLLSTÄNDIGEN NUTZUNG DIESES
PRODUKTS.
Einige Länder lassen Einschränkungen oder Ausschlüsse von Folgeschäden für den
Garantiezeitraum nicht zu, daher treen diese Einschränkungen oder Ausschlüsse für
Sie möglicherweise nicht zu. Diese Garantie gibt Ihnen spezische Rechte neben Ihren
gesetzlichen Ansprüchen, die von Land zu Land abweichen.
Produkte Garantiedauer
Konsumgüter 3 (drei) Jahre ab Kaufdatum durch den
Ersterwerber.
Zubehör (Akkus, Netzteil(e) und Kabel) 90 (neunzig) Tages ab Kaufdatum durch
den Ersterwerber des Produkts.
Konsumgüter und Zubehörteile, die
ersetzt oder repariert wurden
Unterschiedszeitraum zur
Originalgarantie oder 90 (neunzig) Tage
ab Rückgabedatum an den Verbraucher;
der längere Zeitraum gilt.
Garantieausschlüsse
Normaler Verschleiß. Regelmäßige Wartung, Reparatur und Austausch von Teilen
aufgrund von normalem Verschleiß sind von der Garantie ausgenommen.
Akkus. Nur Akkus, deren voll geladene Kapazität unter 80 % abfällt und auslaufende Akkus
sind von dieser eingeschränkten Garantie abgedeckt.
Zweckentfremdung und falsche Anwendung. Schäden aufgrund von: (a)
unsachgemäßem Betrieb, Lagerung, Zweckentfremdung und falscher Anwendung, Unfall
oder Fahrlässigkeit, wie Beschädigungen (Kratzer, Brüche usw.) am Gehäuse des Produkts
aufgrund von Zweckentfremdung; (b) Kontakt mit Flüssigkeiten, Wasser, Regen, extremer
Feuchtigkeit oder starker Schweißbildung, Sand, Schmutz und dergleichen, extremer
Hitze oder Lebensmitteln; (c) Nutzung von Produkt oder Zubehör für gewerbliche Zwecke
oder Benutzung von Produkt oder Zubehör unter ungewöhnlichen Nutzungsbedingungen
oder (d) sonstigen Handlungen, die nicht auf Fehler von Motorola oder SUNCORP
zurückzuführen sind, sind nicht abgedeckt.
Benutzung von Produkten und Zubehör Dritter (nicht Motorola). Schäden aufgrund
der Benutzung von Produkten und Zubehör Dritter (nicht Motorola oder zertiziert) oder
sonstiger Peripheriegeräte sind nicht abgedeckt.
