que ce produit (“produit”) de marque Motorola ou cet accessoire certifié
(“accessoire”) vendu pour être utilisé avec ce produit, fabriqué par Suncorp, est

normale pendant la période indiquée ci-dessous. La présente garantie limitée est
votre unique garantie et n’est pas transférable.

Seul l’acheteur initial du Produit peut bénéficier de cette garantie, qui n’est pas
transférable.
Que fera SUNCORP?
SUNCORP ou son distributeur agréé, réparera ou remplacera gratuitement tout
produit ou accessoire qui ne serait pas conforme à la présente garantie limitée,
à sa discrétion et pendant une période commercialement raisonnable. Nous
pourrons utiliser des produits ou accessoires remis à neuf, d’occasion ou neufs
dont les fonctionnalités sont équivalentes.
Quelles sont les autres limites?
TOUTE GARANTIE IMPLICITE, Y COMPRIS, SANS LIMITATION, LES GARANTIES
IMPLICITES DE QUALITÉ MARCHANDE ET D’ADAPTATION À UN USAGE
PARTICULIER, SERA LIMITÉE À LA DURÉE DE LA PRÉSENTE GARANTIE,
SINON LA RÉPARATION OU LE REMPLACEMENT COUVERTS PAR CETTE
GARANTIE LIMITÉE EXPLICITE CONSTITUERONT LE RECOURS EXCLUSIF DU
CONSOMMATEUR ET SERONT FOURNIS EN LIEU ET PLACE DE TOUTES LES
AUTRES GARANTIES, EXPLICITES OU IMPLICITES. EN AUCUN CAS MOTOROLA
OU SUNCORP NE POURRONT ÊTRE TENUS RESPONSABLES, SOIT PAR
CONTRAT OU PRÉJUDICE (Y COMPRIS NÉGLIGENCE) DE DOMMAGES OU
COMPENSATIONS EXCÉDANT LE PRIX D’ACHAT DU PRODUIT OU ACCESSOIRE,
NI DE DÉGÂTS D’AUCUNE SORTE, INDIRECTS, FORTUITS, PARTICULIERS OU
IMMATÉRIELS, NI DE PERTE DE REVENUS, DE BÉNÉFICES, D’ACTIVITÉS, DE
DONNÉES OU DE TOUTE AUTRE PERTE FINANCIÈRE RÉSULTANT, OU EN
RAPPORT AVEC, L’APTITUDE OU L’INAPTITUDE À UTILISER LES PRODUITS
OU ACCESSOIRES DANS LA MESURE OÙ DE TELLES RÉCLAMATIONS
POURRAIENT ÊTRE DÉCLINÉES PAR LA LOI.
Certaines juridictions n’autorisant pas l’exclusion ou la limitation des dommages
fortuits ou consécutifs, ou la limitation de la durée d’une garantie implicite, les
limitations ou exclusions susmentionnées peuvent ne pas vous concerner. La
présente garantie vous accorde des droits légaux spécifiques et vous pouvez
