12.4.3 Delete individual messages via the handset

12.5 Announcement
This is the message your callers hear on the answering machine. There are two
pre-recorded announcements, or you can record your own.
12.5.1 Answer & record
The pre-set Answer & record announcement, that allows your caller to leave a
message, is ‘Hello, your call cannot be taken at this moment, so please leave
your message after the tone’.
12.5.2 Answer only
The caller can listen to your announcement but cannot leave a message. The
pre-recorded message is ‘Hello, your call cannot be taken at this moment, and
you cannot leave a message, so please call later.’
12.5.3 Record, play or delete your own announcement
