Sostituzione filtro a cartuccia e pulitu-
ra filtro a retina (fig. 22)
Dopo i primi 500÷1500 km (primo cambio dell’olio) e in
seguito ogni 10.000 km sostituire la cartuccia filtrante
«A» operando come segue:
■ svitare il tappo «B» e lasciare scolare per bene l’olio
dalla coppa;
■ svitare le viti e staccare la coppa «C» dal basamento
con montato: il filtro a cartuccia «A», il filtro a retina «D»
e la valvolina di regolazione pressione olio «E».
■ svitare la cartuccia filtrante «A» e sostituirla con una
originale. E’ opportuno, quando si sostituisce la cartuc-
cia «A», smontare anche il filtro a retina «D», lavarlo in
un bagno di benzina e asciugarlo con getto di aria
compressa. Rimontarlo sulla coppa dopo aver soffiato
con aria compressa i canali della coppa.
Nel rimontare la coppa sul basamento ricordarsi di
sostituire la guarnizione tra coppa e basamento.
Si consiglia di effettuare le suddette operazio-
ni presso le sedi dei nostri concessionari.
Changing the filter cartridge and
cleaning the mesh filter (fig. 22)
After the first 500÷1500 km (first oil change) and after-
ward every 10,000 km, replace the filtering cartridge
«A» by doing the following:
■ unscrew the drain plug «B» and allow the sump oil to
drain off fully;
■ undo the screws and remove the sump cover «C»
from the crankcase: this assembly includes the filter
cartridge «A», the mesh filter «D» and the oil pressure
valve «E».
■ When changing the filter cartridge «A» it is also a
good idea to remove the mesh filter «D» and wash it in
petrol; dry by blowing with compressed air. Blow the oil
ducts in the sump out with compressed air and refit the
mesh filter.
Do not forget to fit a new sump gasket when refitting the
sump.
It is recommended to perform the operation
described above at our dealer locations.
