konstanten Tretwiderstand (Watt) vorgeben, welcher während des Progammablaufes nicht geändert werden kann. Es ist wichtig, dass während des Tests der Puls gemessen wird und der max.
Pulswert (max. Herzfrequenz) nicht überschritten wird, da sonst kein korrektes Ergebnis ermittelt werden kann.
WICHTIG:
Nach zwölf Minuten Training zeigt und speichert der Computer folgende Werte der absolvierten Test-Einheit:
Vor dem Start der nächsten Test-Einheit werden oben genannte Werte angezeigt.
Ziel des Test-Programmes ist es, dem/der Trainierenden die Möglichkeit zu bieten, unterschiedliche Trainingseinheiten unter gleichen Feldbedingungen (Wattvorgabe) zu absolvieren und Durch-
schnittsgeschwindigkeit, zurückgelegte Entfernung, Summe Kilojouleverbrauch, verwendete Wattstufe, Durchschnittspuls von verschiedenen Trainingstagen miteinander zu vergleichen.
Es können nur Trainingseinheiten mit gleichem voreingestellten Tretwiderstand (WATT) verglichen werden.
