Method:
1Add the ingredients to the Jug in the order listed.
2Stir with a wooden spoon, place the Lid on the Jug and select
Chunky setting.
3When ready check the seasoning and serve garnished with
chopped parsley.
Ingredients:
•100g onion, small dice
•100g leeks, washed and thinly
sliced
•100g carrots, small dice
•100g potato, small dice
•150g cooked chicken,
shredded
•400g can cannellini beans,
drained and rinsed
•¼ tsp dried thyme
•1 small clove garlic, crushed
•A little salt and freshly ground
black pepper
•850ml hot chicken stock

Method:
1Place ingredients into the Soup Maker, pour over the vegetable
stock/ tomato puree mixture and season with a little salt and
pepper.
2Stir the contents of the Jug with a wooden spoon to evenly
distribute.
3Place the Lid on the Jug and select the Chunky setting.
4Serve straight away with a spoonful of pesto and freshly grated
Parmesan cheese.

•70g onion, finely chopped
•50g carrot, cut into small dice

1cm pieces
•400g can chopped tomatoes
•50g petit pois

•1 tbsp tomato puree (mix into
the stock)
