Guiso de pollo y setas
Ingredientes:
3,5 l 6,5 l
4 8 Cuartos traseros de pollo
30 g 75 g Mantequilla
2 c. s. 3 c. s. Harina
1 2 Cebolla(s) grande(s), picada(s)
finamente
3 3 Palitos de apio, en rodajas finas
250 g 500 g Setas, en láminas finas
1 2 Diente(s) de ajo, machacado(s)
375 ml 1 l Caldo de pollo
4 c. s. 7 c. s. Nata (opcional)
Sal y pimienta al gusto
Método:
1 Rebozar el pollo en la harina, echar en la sartén y freír en la
mantequilla hasta que esté dorado por todos los lados.
2 Añadir la cebolla y el apio, y sofreír hasta que se ablanden, pero
sin que se doren. Añadir las setas, el ajo y el caldo, y remover
Llevar a ebullición y sazonar.
3 Transferir al recipiente de cocción y asegurarse de que el pollo y
la verdura están sumergidos.
4 Cubrir con la tapa y cocinar durante aproximadamente 5-7 horas.
Antes de servir, incorporar la nata.
Chili con carne
Ingredientes:
3,5 l 6,5 l
2 c. s. 3 c. s. Aceite vegetal
2 2 Cebollas grandes, picadas
2 4 Dientes de ajo, machacados
1 1 Pimiento verde, despepitado y picado
500 g 1 kg Carne picada de ternera
400 g 800 g Tomates de lata, picados
1 1/2 c. c. 3 c. c. Guindilla en polvo
1 1/2 c. s. 3 c. s. Harina
1 1/2 c. c. 3 c. c. Azúcar moreno
4 c. s. 7 c. s. Puré de tomate
425 g 800 g Alubias rojas (de lata), escurridas
Sal y pimienta al gusto
Método:
1 Freír las cebollas, el ajo y el pimiento en una sartén hasta que se
ablanden. Añadir la carne picada de ternera y freír hasta que se
dore ligeramente.
2 Mezclar la guindilla en polvo, la harina, el azúcar moreno y el puré
de tomate. Incorporar los tomates, la pasta de guindilla y los
condimentos.
3 Transferir al recipiente de cocción y cubrir con la tapa. Cocinar
durante aproximadamente 3-7 horas.
4 Añadir las alubias una hora antes de servir.
5 Servir con arroz hervido o patatas asadas.
