BEREIDING
1. Stel de temperatuur van de Health Fryer in op 160 graden
en bak de kippenvleugels 7-10 minuten. Hierna de
kippenvleugels omdraaien.
2. Stel de temperatuur in op 200 graden en bak de kippenvleugels
nogmaals in 10 minuten goudbruin.

Probeer ook eens de kippenvleugels met het volgende
kruidenmengsel:
- 125gr basterdsuiker
- 4 theelepels zout
- 3 theelepels gemalen zwarte peper
- 60 gram paprikapoeder
- 2 theelepels uienpoeder
- 2 theelepels knoookpoeder
- Beetje cayennepeper
