Any of the seals on the battery enclosure or cells are broken or show

evidence of tampering, disclaimer :

SIM card, stored data, Mobistel is not to be held responsible for ensuring

that the SIM card is removed from any returned products, and for saving

any stored data, for either in guarantee and out of guarantee products

If a product any time after the warranty term or where this warranty does

not apply due to the nature of the defect or fault, then Mobistel Service

Center in Germany (Mobistel GmbH) may in its discretion carry out such

repairs subject to customer paying Mobistel Service Center in Germany

(Mobistel GmbH) its fees from such a repair.

This warranty does not affect the consumers’ statutory rights against the

dealer from their purchase/sales agreement. This warranty will be the

purchasers’ sole and exclusive remedy and neither Mobistel nor its

distributors shall be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for

breach of any express or implied warranty of this product.
