So schalten Sie die Notiztexte aus:
1. Drücken Sie
(ANWENDUNGEN).
2. Drücken Sie, falls erforderlich, # oder den Softkey „Nein“, bis „Notiztexte?“ angezeigt wird.
3. Drücken Sie * oder den Softkey „Ja“, wenn „Notiztexte?“ angezeigt wird.
4. Drücken Sie * oder den Softkey „Ausschalten“.
Messaging – Rückruf
So hinterlassen Sie eine Rückrufnachricht, wenn Sie das Belegt- oder Rückrufsignal
hören:
• Drücken Sie
(NACHRICHT) oder, nur auf einem 5324 IP Phone, den Softkey Rückruf.
So reagieren Sie auf die Anzeige einer wartenden Nachricht an Ihrem 5312 IP Phone:
1. Drücken Sie
(NACHRICHT).
2. Wenn ein Passwort erforderlich ist, wählen Sie Ihr Passwort.
3. Wählen Sie einen oder alle der folgenden Schritte:
• Um den Absender der Nachricht anzurufen, drücken Sie #.
• Um den Absender der Nachricht zu löschen, drücken Sie *.
So reagieren Sie auf die Anzeige einer wartenden Nachricht an Ihrem 5324 IP Phone:
1. Drücken Sie
(NACHRICHT).
2. Wenn ein Passwort erforderlich ist, wählen Sie Ihr Passwort (und drücken Sie, falls
vorhanden, den Softkey „Eingabe“).
3. Drücken Sie den Softkey „Ja“, und führen Sie eine oder alle der folgenden Aktionen aus:
• Um die Zeit anzuzeigen, zu der die Nachricht gesendet wurde, drücken Sie den Softkey
Weitere.
• Um die Nummer des Anrufers anzuzeigen, drücken Sie zweimal den Softkey Weitere.
• Um den Absender der Nachricht anzurufen, drücken Sie den Softkey Anruf.
• Um die Nachricht zu löschen, drücken Sie den Softkey Löschen.
• Um die nächste Nachricht anzuzeigen, drücken Sie
(NACHRICHT).
Nur auf einem 5324 IP Phone können Sie ein Passwort einstellen, ändern oder löschen (bis zu
7 Ziffern, ohne 0):
1. Drücken Sie
(ANWENDUNGEN).
2. Drücken Sie den Softkey „Nein“, bis „Neues Passwort?“ angezeigt wird.
3. Drücken Sie den Softkey „Ja“.
