Vor dem Wechseln Netzstecker ziehen!
Die Messer müssen ausgetauscht werden, wenn sie stumpf sind.
Oberes Messer auswechseln
– Abdeckung öffnen s. Seite 20
– Handrad in Pfeilrichtung drehen, bis das Messer in der höchsten Posi
-
tion ist
– Schraube
für das obere Messer entfernen und Messer nach oben
abnehmen
– Neues Messer einsetzen und festschrauben
–
Handrad in Pfeilrichtung drehen, bis das Messer in der tiefsten Position ist
– Abstände kontrollieren (siehe rechtes Bild): Die linke Oberkante der
Klinge muss sich 0.5-1.0 mm unterhalb der unteren Schneidefläche
(des unteren Messers) befinden
Unteres Messer auswechseln
– Abdeckung öffnen s. Seite 20
– Handrad in Pfeilrichtung drehen, bis das obere Messer in der höchsten
Position ist
– Schraube
für das untere Messer entfernen und Messer nach unten
abnehmen
– Neues Messer einsetzen und festschrauben; das Messer soll auf Höhe
der Stichplatte sein
– Handrad in Pfeilrichtung drehen, bis das obere Messer in der tiefsten
Position ist
