Rijden zonder navigatie: indien geen actueel reisdoel is ingesteld. omdat u gewoon
aan het toeren bent, zal Smart Zoom inzoomen als u langzaam rijdt en uitzoomen u
snel rijdt.
Deze automatische functies kunnen in dit scherm worden ingesteld.
6.5.5.1 Smart Zoom activeren
Gebruik deze schakelaar om Smart Zoom in of uit te schakelen. Wanneer ze zijn
uitgeschakeld, zijn de zoom- en kantelniveaus op het kaartscherm tijdens de
navigatie gefixeerd, en kunt u deze handmatig instellen door gebruik te maken van
de schermtoetsen (Pagina 26). Zet deze functie aan om MioMap in staat te stellen
de kaart automatisch in te zoomen en te kantelen zodat u altijd beschikt over de
beste weergave voor een doeltreffende navigatie.
6.5.5.2 De modus Overzicht activeren
U kunt instellen op welke manier de Overzichtsmodus wordt opgeroepen wanneer
de volgende afslag er aan komt.
De afstand tot de routegebeurtenis is bepalend voor het moment dat MioMap
overschakelt naar de modus Overzicht, of terugschakelt naar het venster Navigatie.
Het zoomniveau van het Overzichtscherm bepaalt het vaste zoomniveau van de
kaart in de automatische en de handmatige modus (door het pictogram
Kaartoriëntatie – zie: Pagina 28) Overzichtsmodi. U kunt het zoomniveau te allen
tijde met de hand wijzigen (de toets Volgen verschijnt niet), maar als u naar de
modus Overzicht terugkeert, zal het zoomniveau op deze waarde worden
teruggezet.
U kunt de kaart ook in Overzichtsmodus verplaatsen. Dan verschijnt de toets Volgen
en wanneer hierop wordt gedrukt, wordt de kaart verplaatst zodat uw actuele positie
weer in het midden van de kaart staat.
Opmerking: indien deze automatische functie is uitgeschakeld, kunt u de
Overzichtsmodus nog steeds manueel inschakelen zoals hier beschreven: Pagina
28.
6.5.5.3 Positie op de weg houden (Vastzetten op de weg)
Normaal wordt MioMap gebruikt voor voertuignavigatie. Om deze reden zorgt
Vastzetten op de weg ervoor dat de positiepijl mooi op de weg blijft staan en kleine
GPS-fouten naadloos worden gecorrigeerd. Als u MioMap als voetganger wenst te
