1 Waarschuwingen en veiligheidsinformatie
MioMap is een navigatiesysteem dat u de weg wijst naar uw bestemming. Met
behulp van de ingebouwde GPS-ontvanger kan precies worden vastgesteld waar u
zich bevindt. De positie-informatie van de GPS-ontvanger wordt nergens anders
naar doorgestuurd. Anderen kunnen u dus niet opsporen met behulp van dit
programma.
Als u de bestuurder van het voertuig bent, adviseren wij u MioMap in te stellen
voordat u aan uw reis begint. Als bestuurder moet u uw aandacht altijd op de weg
houden. Plan uw route voordat u vertrekt en stop op een veilige plaats als u de
routeparameters moet veranderen. MioMap heeft een ingebouwde (optionele)
Veilige modus die verhindert dat u de schermfuncties gebruikt terwijl uw auto rijdt.
Tenzij een passagier MioMap bedient, raden we u ten zeerste aan, de Veilige modus
te activeren.
Kijk alleen naar het scherm wanneer dit absoluut veilig is.
Let altijd goed op de verkeersborden en de wegomstandigheden voordat u een
aanwijzing van MioMap opvolgt. Als u moet afwijken van de aanbevolen richting, zal
MioMap automatisch een gewijzigde route voorstellen, rekening houdend met de
nieuwe omstandigheden.
Plaats de PNA nooit zo dat het zicht van de bestuurder wordt belemmerd, niet in het
werkingsgebied van de airbags, en evenmin zodanig dat deze bij een ongeval letsel
kan veroorzaken.
