Training op calorieën
Met training op calorieën kunt u de hoeveelheid calorieën instellen die u
tijdens de training wilt verbranden.
1. Tik op
op het scherm Hoofdmenu en selecteer de optie
Calorieën.
2. Stel in het veld Calorieën de gewenste hoeveelheid calorieën in die
u tijdens de training wilt verbranden.
3. Tik op GO om de training te starten. Tik om te stoppen op Stoppen in
het scherm Training.
Training op hartslagzone
Training op hartslagzone is alleen voor bepaalde modellen beschikbaar.
Sluit de hartslagmonitor aan op het apparaat voordat u deze training
start.
1. Tik op
in het Hoofdmenu en selecteer de optie HS-zone.
2. Vul het volgende in:
• Selecteer in het veld Zone het gewenste hartslagbereik voor de
training. De standaardinstelling is Zone 2 (121 - 138 BPM).
• Selecteer de modus Tijd (
) of Afstand ( ).
De route wordt aan de hand van uw keuze gegenereerd.
• Surprise Me in- of uitschakelen.

Training op vermogenszone
