Trainingmodus
Fietsen is een goede aerobe fitness-oefening die u helpt bij het
verbranden van uw calorieën, gewichtsverlies en de toename van
de algehele fitness. Met de trainingsmodus van het apparaat kunt
u trainingen instellen door uw doelen in te voeren (Afstand, Tijd,
Calorieën) of voorwaarden (HS-zone, Verm.zone).
Begint u met een training, dan kunt u de voortgang ervan controleren
met de Dashboardschermen. Het apparaat geeft u een melding als u uw
doel bereikt hebt.
Training op afstand
Training op afstand is het perfecte hulpmiddel als u wilt instellen hoe
lang de trainingssessie moet zijn.
1. Tik op
op het scherm Hoofdmenu en selecteer de optie Afstand.
2. Vul het volgende in:
• Stel de af te leggen afstand in het veld Afstand in.
• Stel de gemiddelde snelheid van de tocht in het veld Snelheid in
om de geschatte tijd te berekenen.
• Surprise Me in- of uitschakelen.

3. Tik op GO om de training te starten. Tik om te stoppen op Stoppen in
het scherm Training.
Training op tijd
Training op tijd is het perfecte hulpmiddel als u wilt instellen hoeveel tijd
u aan de training wilt spenderen.
1. Tik op
op het scherm Hoofdmenu en selecteer de optie Tijd.
2. Vul het volgende in:
• Stel de af te leggen tijd in het veld Tijd in.
