Training op tijd
Training op tijd is het perfecte hulpmiddel als u wilt instellen hoeveel tijd u aan
de training wilt spenderen.
1. Tik op op het scherm Hoofdmenu en selecteer de optie Tijd.
2. Vul het volgende in:
Stel de af te leggen tijd in het veld Tijd in.
Stel de gemiddelde snelheid van de tocht in het veld
Snelheid in om de geschatte tijd te berekenen.
De geschatte tijd van de trainingssessie wordt
berekend en weergegeven in het veld Geschatte tijd.
Surprise Me in- of uitschakelen.

3. Tik op om de training te starten.
Training op calorieën
Met training op calorieën kunt u de hoeveelheid calorieën instellen die u tijdens
de training wilt verbranden.
1. Tik op op het scherm Hoofdmenu en selecteer de optie Calorieën.
2. Stel in het veld Calorieën de gewenste hoeveelheid calorieën in die u tijdens
de training wilt verbranden.
3. Tik op om de training te starten.
De geschiedenis weergeven
Het apparaat slaat automatisch de geschiedenis op als je het opnemen heeft
gestart. Geschiedenis bevat datum, tijd, afstand, gemiddelde snelheid en
hoogte.
Tik om de gegevens in de geschiedenis weer te geven op in het scherm
Hoofdmenu en kies een onderdeel in de lijst.
Tik op / om details weer te geven van de trip (of training).
Tik op GO om de navigatie te starten.
