In de continu-transportstand kunt opnamen maken met een frequentie van circa 1,8 beelden per
seconden (bps). Het maximum aantal beelden dat kan worden opgenomen is afhankelijk van de
grootte van de beeldbestanden en de beschikbare ruimte op de geheugenkaart.
Bij gebruik van enkelvoudige AF worden scherpstelling en belichting op de eerste opname vergren-
deld. Scherpstelling en belichting worden voor iedere foto apart bepaald wanneer de scherpstel-
stand Continuous AF wordt gebruikt, maar de opnamefrequentie daalt dan. Verschijnt de rode
batterijwaarschuwing of wordt de flitser of de ruisonderdrukking gebruikt, dan daalt de opnamefre-
quentie ook.
Onderstaande tabel geeft bij benadering het aantal opnamen weer dat kan worden opgenomen bij
de hoogste opnamefrequentie; de opnamefrequentie na het bereiken van dit maximum is afhankelijk
van de bestandsgrootte en de schrijfsnelheid van de geheugenkaart.
Over continu transportWerken met continu transport
Met de continu-transportstanden kunt u een opnameserie maken
door de ontspanknop ingedrukt te houden. Deze transportstand
wordt ingesteld in sectie 1 van de opnamemenu’s.

Bepaal uw beeldcompositie zoals beschreven bij de stan-
daard opnamehandelingen (blz. 22). Druk de ontspanknop
half in (1) om de scherpstelling en belichting voor de serie te
vergrendelen.
Druk de ontspanknop geheel in en houd hem ingedrukt (2)
om de opnameserie te beginnen. Zolang de ontspanknop
ingedrukt wordt gehouden, blijft de camera opnamen maken
totdat het maximum aantal is bereikt of de ontspanknop
wordt losgelaten.

Het maximum aantal beelden is afhankelijk van de instellingen voor beeldgrootte en -kwaliteit. Meer
informatie hierover op de volgende bladzijde.
Voordeel van de Progressieve opnamestand (blz. 50) boven de gewone Continu transport-
stand is dat u belangrijke momenten kunt vastleggen zonder dat u hoeft te voorspellen wan-
neer ze starten. Houd simpelweg de ontspanknop ingedrukt om het opnemen van beelden
te starten, en nadat de actie plaatsvond laat u de ontspanknop los om de laatste beelden
op te slaan.
