Ist die Kamera mit dem Computer verbunden, können die
Bilddateien durch einen einfachen Doppelklick auf die Icons
(Bildsymbole) geöffnet werden. Per „Drag and Drop“ können die
Bilder aus dem Speicherkarten-Ordner auf die Festplatte des
Computers kopiert werden.
Namen von Bilddateien beginnen mit „PICT“, gefolgt von einer 4-stelligen Zahl (Dateinummer) und
der Dateinamenerweiterung tif, jpg, mov, oder thm. Sprachnotiz- und Tonaufnahmedateien haben die
Dateinamenerweiterung wav und der Name der Datei ist der gleiche wie der der zugehörigen
Bilddatei. Die Miniaturbilder („Thumbnails“, .thm) werden mit SUPER-FINE-Bildern erstellt und
werden nur während des Kamerabetriebes genutzt.
