Deze camera kan tot 60 seconden digitale video opnemen. Het motion JPEG beeld is 320 X 240

pixels (QVGA). Het effectieve beeld meet 304 x 240 pixels. Bij weergave verschijnen twee dunne

lijnen links en rechts van het beeld. Onder bepaalde omstandigheden is minder dan 60 seconden

opnametijd beschikbaar.

De totale opnametijd is met een 16 MB CompactFlash kaart ongeveer 70 seconden. De digitale

video-opname-omvang ligt op ca. 0,23 MB per seconde. De feitelijke capaciteit van de CompactFlash

kaart is afhankelijk van het onderwerp en het aantal foto’s op de kaart.

Bij het maken van videoclips kunt u bepaalde functies gebruiken, andere worden vast ingesteld, weer

andere kunnen niet worden gebruikt. De belichtingscorrectie (blz. 46) en de macro-stand (blz. 28)

kunnen worden gebruikt. De scherpstelling wordt ingesteld op autofocus, met het brede scherp-

stelveld; de belichting wordt ingesteld op programma-automatiek, de cameragevoeligheid en de

witbalans op auto. De flitser en de digitale zoom worden uitgeschakeld.

Wanneer de camera niet opneemt, geven de opnametellers

op datascherm en monitor de maximum opnametijd voor de

volgende filmclip aan. Normaal is dat 60 seconden. Is er

minder ruimte beschikbaar dan wordt er een lager aantal

seconden opgegeven.
