Het oplossen van problemen
De meeste problemen kunt u zelf oplossen.
In al die gevallen hoeft u de afdeling Klantcontacten niet te bellen en kunt u tijd en
kosten besparen.
De volgende tabellen helpen u de oorzaken van een probleem te vinden en uit de
wereld te helpen. Bedenk echter:
Reparaties aan elektrische apparaten mogen alleen door erkende vakmensen
worden uitgevoerd. Gebeurt dit niet dan kan de gebruiker grote risico's lopen.
Controle- en foutmeldingen in het display
Probleem Oorzaak Oplossing
Het display vraagt u om
de code in te voeren.
De code is geactiveerd. Voer de code in via het
menu "Instellingen".

Corrigeer de belading.
Het programma
wordt afgebroken;
de zoemer gaat.
Dat is geen storing.
Bij enkele programma's
wordt het programma af-
gebroken wanneer de
trommel te licht of te
zwaar is beladen.
Dat kan ook wanneer het
wasgoed dat in de trom-
mel zit al droog is.
Droog aparte stukken
wasgoed met het pro-
gramma Warme lucht.
– Open en sluit de deur.

Giet reservoir leeg.
Het programma
wordt afgebroken;
de zoemer gaat.
Het condenswaterreser
-
voir is vol of er zit een
knik in de afvoerslang.
–
Controleer wat er aan
de hand is en los het
probleem op.
–
Schakel de droogauto
-
maat uit en weer in.
