12.4 Záznamník hygieny
V záznamníku hygieny můžete provádět tyto zápisy:
Vyvolávat všechny provozní stavy, činnosti a provozní poruchy v určitém dni v chronologickém pořadí.
Vyvolávat všechny údaje HACCP a údaje týkající se hygieny.
Seznam začíná aktuálním datem a první událostí v daný den. Poté se zobrazí následující události v daný
den, poté události předchozích dnů. Na konci každého dne jsou shrnuty nejdůležitější provozní údaje.
INFO Při dosažení kapacity paměti se smažou nejstarší údaje, jak přibývají údaje nové.
Vyvolání záznamníku hygieny
Klepněte na ikonu.
Objeví se obrazovka se záznamníkem hygieny:
Seznam začíná aktuálním datem a první událostí v daný den.
Následují události předchozích dnů.
Klepnutím na tlačítko Zpět nabídku opustíte.

Tuto funkci může aktivovat autorizovaný servisní technik.
